Problems downloading the client

I downloaded the full client torrent, but i still have downloads ingame and visual lag, glitches and bugged scenarios and cinematics because the download.

Yeh, i have a 5th generation I5, and a GTX 1050, 8 gb of ram and a HDD with 512 gb

That is because you are running the game on HDD which is normal. Since Legion the WoW game has been heavily depended on drive speed and if you're running the game on 5400 rpm hard disk, it is normal to see interface not loading in time, especially if you have other programs using disk.

Temporary solution would be to limit the load of the world for non-critical textures and other things. For that all you have to do is to paste following in chat and press enter: /console worldPreloadNonCritical 0

After that, close your game and re-open it (just in case, make sure that your config.wtf is not read-only), and see if that helps your gameplay.
