[REJECTED] [Uldir] [Heroic] Loot drop chance is bugged

Bug description:
In 09.02.2021 we did an Uldir heroic guild run - 20-25 people (Flawless guild). Me and at least one other person got 0 loot for 6 consecutive bosses, and on other runs people have confirmed the same thing happened to them. I also used 2 Seal of Wartorn Fate and got nothing. This is not normal. I don't have proof, but I haven't seen more than 3 items drop per boss, when on other servers (same expansion) I get an armor every 2-3 bosses, sometimes 2 with bonus roll.
This happened on heroic, I haven't checked on all difficulties, but there is another bug opened 2.5 weeks ago that confirms this on mythic also - https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Uldir-Mythic-Fetid-Devourer-Loot-Drop-t597197.html

Can you provide more proof on getting small amount of items on bosses?

Well, we definitely didn't get that many so something is bugged. What I know is that some of us had cd, I don't know how many, but I don't think it's normal that their loot chance should influence the loot of all the people who do the raid for the first time.

Yes It is, otherwise it can be exploited and you can do for example 19players with CD and 1 player without, and the 1 player can get items on all boses? That's not how it works...

To give an Example these are not correct Numbers just to explain it a bit

If every Player has a 20 % Chance to drop an Item inside the Raid

10x20 = 200 % means there will be minimum 2 Items dropped on 2 Players + adding the personal 20 % chance for each player to drop an extra Item.

Every Player further adds additional 20 % means at 20 man raid loot drop chance will be 20x20 = 400 % means minimum 4 Items will drop + the 20 % personal Chance to drop an extra Item.

As you can see in several Retail Mythic Kill Videos on the Item drops.

However If you think the Loot of a certain Boss is bugged please make a new Bugreport and add the proofs there. I would recommend you to try Exorsus Raid Tools because the Addon saves the Raidloot like its showing in the Screenshots linked below.
