Character name:Novelaea
Bug description: The NPC does not follow me to the cave, i was ask a gm, gm says abandon and restart quest, so i abandon and restart many many times, also waiting server reset, the quest cant be run, i ask my friends everybody did the quest but me,i cant continue quest line. Gm says quest is not bugged, everybody says its not bugged so i record a video please watch. if quest has no problem so what is the problem?

Try to unstuck on site by accessing this link. Also, have you tried to do the quest with War Mode on? Seems like enabling it helped some people. Let me know if the problem persists even after unstucking and enabling War Mode.

You can forwarded to 3:17, its takes too long because i cant open war mode outside of stormwind
I also unstucked the char, when loggged is its appeared in dalaran.

Sorry for the late reply,

Try to abandon the quest inside the cave and then relog, Inquisitor should spawn near your character and you'll be able to receive the quest from it once again. I tried to do this a few times and the result was always the same, being able to complete the quest.
