Bug description: During a 5 minute heroic encounter, after getting Mannoroth's health low enough, he starts correctly casting empowered abilities, except the one needed for the achievemnt. As proof I'm adding the details! summary of the spells he used. As you can see, he never casts Empowered Felseeker.
