Bug description: I cant cast greater pyroblast while I using blink. I saw mages are using it on arena but its not working for me. Is it bugged on my character or am I using wrong ?

You are doing it wrong , because as you can see in your video you shimmered behind the target and that is why your cast got interrupted, you need to be facing your target when cast is being finished. Rejected works as intended.
