Wrong droprate for Green Proto Drake

Bug description: The Reins of the Green Proto drake which drops from a Cracked egg should have a 6 % droprate and not the 0.83 % which it is right now.

With that said, the other items from the cracked egg also have the wrong drop rates.

The green-proto drake should have the lowest drop rate out of all of the items in the egg.
