[REJECTED] Get Your Bearings stuck/bugged - Cannot do BFA content

Character name: Piftina
Bug description:
I cannot continue/start the BFA introduction quest.
I am stuck. My map tells me to pick up the quest: “Get your bearings”. The location is indicated on my map. However the quest giver NPC Taelia is nowhere to be found. I cannot start my BFA storyline. I did some side quests in Kul Tiras but I cannot participate in any BFA content (dungeons, war campaign, HOA or raids.

Proof: I can only prove that I don’t have the quest in my log and I cannot do anything BFA related. Can take screenshots if nescescary.

Edit: I don't have any kind of emotional connection to the character. If the problem is unsolvable I would be satisfied with a newly boosted 110 Monk. I have premade one on my account called: "Tornwal" . In this case, Piftina can be deleted.

I don't know how you've managed to access the BFA zones without completing the intro quests, you haven't even received your Heart of Azeroth.

Your next quest is The Battle for Lordaeron and can be picked up from Mathias Shaw.

I can see you have two quests from Tiragarde Sound, again, no idea how you accessed the zone. You will never be able to finish a zone if you didn't choose it from the Scouting Map, and to access the Scouting Map, you'll need to progress through the intro quests bringing you to Kul'Tiras.

I am also confused.
I’ve tried every NPC and every location where the introduction quest takes places, but there is no sign of any of the NPCs, quests or the scenario.
Recently I have picked up the quest: “The Horde Uprising” (hoping it would phase me in the right place), which is completed by talking to Matthias. I broke that one too, I can see the question mark on my map (in stormwind keep), but he is (suprise suprise) not there. I’ve also checked some other places where he might be “hiding”, but he seems to be absent from the world (at least for my monk).

Have you checked this?

The quest you mentioned, The Horde Uprising is a pre-patch quest and will not be scripted (it's not part of the intro quests).

Abandoned the horde uprising (don't know if this made any difference), relogged once and Shaw appeared.
Everything went back to normal. I have no idea what caused this to happen. I might just had a phasing/client or conenction problem. Anyways, thank you for your assistance!
