Bug description:
I can not find the quest in order to have the admission to do island expedition.

I may remember once around weeks ago I may get this quest but as I don't know what it is I have done nothing but now I can't find it.

I clear my cache folder once too.

You'll have to progress through the War Campaign to unlock Island Expeditions. You're still on the first quest - The War Cache.
