[REJECTED] The urn of voices bug

Bug description: I'm phased and I can't continue my quests because I can't see the NPC who gives me the quest. Quest name: "The urn of voices".

After further testing I still could not reproduce the issue, Zul moves to another location after completing Needs a Little Body and I could see him even after abandoning The Urn of Voices (and logging off as you mentioned).

I've summoned you to his new location, please check and let me know so that I can confirm / reject this report.

I could continue my quests, thank you. So the problem is the "!" quest on the map.
