Bug description: When refreshing primal wrath the bleed damage is not being snapshotted

How to reproduce:
1. Use primal wrath with 5 stacks without bloodtalons then check damage.
2. Use primal wrath with 5 stacks WITH bloodtalons then check damage.
3. Now use a primal wrath with 5 stack without bloodtalons and then get 5 combo points, get bloodtalons and use primal wrath again.

Conclusion: The bleed damage is not being updated unless rip falls off.

Edit1: This also happens when using tiger fury damage modifier
