Bug description: Hi i'm having problems with my Hearth of Azeroth Necklace it seems to be stuck at 16 AP and as u can see in the top left of the image i provided as proof it says that i have surpassed the req for it to go up (148% AP) so if possible please fix it or at least give me a reply on what to do .Thank you for your time.

That's just visual, usually caused by ui addons, you need way more than 1000 AP in order to reach the next level (around 8000-9000 from what I recall). I'll reject your post for now, however if you consider that the issue persists, please make a new post.
