Character name: Elibeast
Bug description: Third-row ship tree trait - Island Plunderer cannot be learned, even after achievement Archipelago Explorer
Proof:

Check achievement Archipelago Explorer on my mains> Elibeast, Mystwand, Elizeon
Cannot learn this trait on neither of them, got war resource - when I click to learn it nothing happens.

When did you 'learn' the previous trait? I have noticed there's no proper time display, so the previous one might still be in the middle of 'learning'.

I don't know exactly, on left side it is shown as learned on all 3 of my mains, looks same as 1st row and cannot click on it.

2nd row only on right side is clickable, that way I would unlearn the left and wait 1 day for right side.

And 2nd is shown as learned without any timer, on all 3 of my mains.

I think it might work now, I will let you know tomorrow and after a couple of islands.

Looks like this trait is in a learning phase now. Without a timer or anything, but I think I was able to put it in learning today.
