Voting GTOP 100 timer doesn't let me get vote points for 12 hours voting

Hi, since Gtop 100 started tracking the id of the user that is voting (&pingUsername=510089) I cannot vote until the red text that says You have already voted! Please vote again in 6:6:11 Hours:Minutes:Seconds dissapears.
If i click visit and play and after I vote correctly on every other site i don't get the points. If I click Visit and play (corresponding to the link https://gtop100.com/topsites/World-of-Warcraft/out/47682) on the gtop100 site instead of passing the vote page verification and clicking the banner (both things undoable since it won't get me get to the page with the banners bcs of timer) i won't get the vote points.
I have reseted my router, changed the device I was voting on, tried phone, laptop, PC and had the same issue. I would like to vote once every 12h, but if there is no solution I'll have to stick to 24h like i did in the last days. Before they started tracking user id like 2-3 weeks ago resetting used to work. Many other players complain about the same issue on global, would be nice if you could change something so that if somebody clicks on visit & play you should get credit for voting. Any suggestions?

I am having the exact same issue. I suggested increasing the amount of daily vote points we can get until the new voting system is implemented or this gets fixed, and I was simply told that it works and I'm doing something wrong: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Daily-Votepoints-Increase-t598051.html

I guess it's easier to say that than considering it as a potential problem.

The issue with gtop100's 24 hour cooldown is explained here. Voting works fine and you are able to receive 5 points every 12 hours.
