Bug description: The 2nd mortal coil bolt doesn't heal at all.
Proof: Just watch any retail pvp video of a destruction warlock.

I've tried myself to search a video on this topic and I've found this: https://youtube.com/watch?v=DreGjBcmiIE&t=302:

There are 2 times that he uses havoc + mortal coil and in both cases, he was only healed once.
