Bug description: Azerite Armor Ability: Surging Shots
It doesn't work and the ability: In The Rhythm appears instead.
Which gives 0% percent of the speed

Hello,

Confirmed.

I tested both of the Azerite Traits and they are working as Intended.

The Reset on Rapid Fire with Aimed Shot was working correct for me.

However the obtained In the Rhythm haste Buff from the Surging Shots Trait is only a visual and gives the Player 0 Haste.
