Bug description: The mount should have 99% drop rate. Today, we had a raid for it, and literally no one got it

I can confirm that our database doesn't show any dropchance for the mount as it is right now, so it most likely can't be obtained.
However we apologize but we can't grant the mount to everyone. Please have patience until it's fixed.

The mount is rewarded via mail when killed. Only the person who killed it obtains the mount. This is how it will remain since the NPC can sometimes drop under texture.
