[DUPLICATE] missing npc in Ogrimmar /Garrosh Hellscream/

Bug description: So i just made pandaren did all quests and chosed Horde so i came to ogrimmar and went to main building to complete horde quest to become horde member /Joining the horde quest/. I was supposed to go to garrosh hellscream but he is not there. It shows question mark on the map but npc isnt there.

Duplicate. That quest can't be completed currently.
