Bug description: Missing NPC in Zuldazar near Island Expedition

Details:

I wanted to get a gear named [Dragonrider's Harness] (link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=164402&name=dragonrider-s-harness )

However, it is only attainable in acquiring item [Venture Co. 'Salvage'] (link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=173995&name=venture-co-salvage )
This item can only bought from [Captain Kitt]. Using your database it shows nothing so I followed wowheads location of the NPC and the NPC is missing there.

I wanted the item badly for transmog purposes. Please help on this matter. Thanks and more power!

NPC Captain Kitt is only added in Patch 8.3. Current patch is still 8.0. The NPC sells transmog gear for Dubloons in 8.3.

The only way right now to obtain such items is through farming Islands Expeditions. You have a small chance to drop these items at the end of each run.
