Auction issues

Hi Freakz,

yesterday I've bought weapon enhancement in AH, Orgrimmar, went to mailbox, and instead enhancement roll I got some useless cloth.
Thought I've made a mistake, went back to AH tried it a 2nd time. And what I've got was a staff ...

4888 gold is not that much. So I don't expect to get the gold back or the 2 enhancement rolls, nevertheless something with AH is not okay, and it shouldn't stay that way.
I would also like to know, of course, whether I will be able to buy normally again soon.

Hello, Moonlass.

Could you provide a much clearer evidence of the issue you're experiencing? Video footage would be much better choice in this case, as Auction House purchases arrive instantly in the Mailbox and we can see you receiving the wrong items after making the purchase.
Judging by the images you've posted, we can't know if you've actually bought the weapon enchantment nor if the items you've recieved in the Mailbox are a result of purchasing the desired weapon enchantment.
