[FIXED] [Priest][Shadow]Mana Pool

Shadow Spec has a different Mana Pool which doesn't get updated upon changing specs. Currently, it sits at 100,000 which is the default, and it should be re-scaled to 20,000 for Shadow priest.

P.S. Notice the amount in the Video, it's capped at 20,000 while in Shadow Spec.

Edit1: It only updates once you relog when you are currently in Shadow Spec, but if you change back and forth, you'll have 100,000 again.
