Character name: "Stormone"
Bug description: I sent 1500 gold and an item to a new character but the mail never arrived. The gold was deduced from my balance and the mailbox never showed any new mail when clicked

Proof: Character Stormone sent the mail to character Checksixx at approximately 18:35 UTC ~ server logs might show what went wrong?

Hi, thank you for the reply.

To answer the question, no one character (sender) was made on my hotmail, the other one on my gmail (receiver).

Mail is not instant if you're sending to another account.
