[REJECTED] [Shaman] Autoattacks vs Stormbringer; Spells vs Ascendance/Spirits Wolfs

Hello!

FS main hand + off hand weapons:
1001 auto attack hits procs 564 windfury attack hits (almost 25% tooltip - thats okay)
gives 39 procs of stormbringer - wich is 2.5% not 5% tooltip.

(looks like proc chance reduced twice, mb off hand weapon related issue, so after that i equip 2h weapon)

FS 2H weapon:
1060 auto attack hits procs 580 windfury attack hits (almost 25% tooltim - thats okay again)
gives 60 procs of stormbringer - wich is 3.7% not 5% tooltip.

Chance proc depends not only on windfury... Proc depends on tongue of flame, ice brand, windfury, auto-attack, crushing lightning, spirit WOLFS(all attack him, but broken 100%)!

AND on retail when we start attack(first attack without combat), then should work proc stormbringer!
