Cloak of Shadows has a weird interaction with both Orb of Power and Alliance/Horde Flag. You'll drop them on the very first moment when Cloak of Shadows is being cast. It's true that there are some spells like Ice Block or Divine Shield which should trigger this interaction, but it shouldn't be the case with Cloak of Shadows.
