Character name: Darkpressure
Bug description: 15% Strength buff from Rune of Fallen Crusader doesn't increase parry chance for Blood Spec. Strength gained from buffs should also increase the parry. Its crucial for survival. Every single guide for every patch since WOtLK says that Strength increases parry for DKs.

Confirmed . It works for everything else besides the Fallen Crusader buff .
