[FIXED] [Priest][Holy] Prayer of Mending

[Prayer of Mending](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=33076&name=prayer-of-mending) seems to have exceptions to it's proc triggers, it should heal whenever damage is taken, regardless of the school, being that physical, AOE hit, magic damage, dot, at some instances it just expires without triggering.

The only exception I found would be environmental damage (fall damage etc.)

) - You can see the fight starts and the Priest has 10 stacks, multiple occasions there's AOE wide raid damage and the stacks just expire without jumping to anyone. On multiple occasions, it will mainly be triggered by physical hit or certain abilities that do damage. AreaTriggers included seems not to trigger the bounce/proc of PoM.

For example, in this video, there are multiple [Crashing Oblivions](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=276863&name=crashing-oblivion) that damage the raid, and the stacks just expire.
