If a player is already in an ice block from the ability [Freezing Blood ](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=289387&name=freezing-blood) then once the boss casts [Ring of Ice](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=285459&name=ring-of-ice) the player will get another ice block debuff.
