[FIXED] [BoD][King Rastakhan] Bwonsamdi visual circle

In phase 2 of the fight, Bwonsamdi becomes attackable, with that comes a big green outlined circle around him which gives you a debuff. Once the boss moves on to the next phase the circle persists for all the players in the shadow realm for phases three and four. In phase four Bwonsamdi shouldn't be visible.
