Game starting after 5/10 mins

Bug description:

A friend of mine has a problem with starting the launcher, everytime he starts the game for the first time the command prompt comes up asking him to press a button and then after a good 5/10 mins the game starts, idk if it's actually a bug or something or if there is a way to make the game start faster. Any advice is wellcome

Hello.

Tell him to try and change the file location to another drive and then try launching the game with admin
