Bug description: After arrive at stormsong monastery to turn in the quest i can't find Taelia anywhere

Abandon the quest and take it back from Taelia. Ride the boat again and check if she's waiting for you at the docks, if not try relogging once you arrive and check again.

You already finished every chapter in Stormsong Valley. I'm not really sure how you still have that quest, but it's safe to abandon.
