Bug description: Crit scale and crit proc doesn't work properly sometimes in boss fights

Test #1: Cragmaw - Icelance hit 13, crit 7 (53%)

So in the first 2 fights (tests) seems like just shatter procs gave me crit because shatter gives 50% but my own 20% crit didn't proc in this fight. So seems to be unlucky - it's possible but improbable
At the 3rd fight (test) not even shatter or finger of frost gave me crit so I finished with 0 crit.
Seems impossible to hit 0 critical as long as I had active Brain freeze from Ebonhold and frozen orb (finger of frost proc).

So if u can pls check crit chance/proc - something is not right

This affect all class - on the same test test 3 - Dk unholy- 0% crit, mage arcane and monk - 0% crit

There been 100 topcis about crit being bugged and they are ignoring all of them. On my feral with 40%+ crit passive and up to 60% with procs, my spells after few keys/boss fights are having less then 30% crit.

When i made the topic, a clueless class mod gave himself 60% crit (GM aura) did 100 hits on a dummy and said is working fine. They can't understand that in real encounters your crit % on spells is almost half of the one that you have in char screen. Random tests on dummy with GM auras are not the way to test it, go play a regular char in raids/keys and you will see it for yourself.

Also the imply RNG. How comes RNG is all the time against you?????? Do you even think before mentioning RNG? Where is the badluck protection from blizz? Why the RNG never give us more crit on our spells then the crit shown in char screen???? And always wayyyy less?????

You want my advice? Don't bother trying.... When this server had a proper leading team, had over 7k players not 1500 like now.

It is because the target has absorb and not HP, all absorb Damage in WoW are counted as normal hits even though they are crits, you can clearly see by your damage of ice lance that it did actually Crit because normal hits of Ice lance can't hit for 30k... This is how it works on Retail too.Rejected.
