Character name: Kurcoljubisa
Bug description: I am level 135 in Kul Tiran Blacksmithing, Sinister Combatant's Gear requires level 105. I've went to both Alliance Kul Tiran Blacksmithing Trainers and they do not give me any new recipes to learn despite being 30 levels above the required level. I used Sinister Combatant's Deckpounder as an example.

The item you referred to is added in 8.1, current patch is still 8.0.
