[Zuldazar] - Mission Command table

Character name: Clawdee
Bug description: Wrong war resources requirement for missions. As you can see in the image the mission costs 20 War Resources but after sending the mission it took me 24 War Resources ( 1306 - 20 = 1286 not 1282 ), and thats just a small example . In bigger missions you loose even more war resources than it says it should take.This happens on every mission you send in.
