Bug description: whenever i try to do this world quest it's buggy sometimes shells not turning, sometimes they are not closing and sometimes as you see in the video they are completing without match same shell. its buggy all around the zandalar and kultiras

These are commonly one time issues. No shell games are identical to one another. If shells are misplaced, reloading your UI or relogging should fix the issue.
