[DUPLICATE] Cannot que for Legacy LFR Raids and MoP Scenarios

Bug description: There are NPCs that let you que for Legacy LFR (Eighter Solo or with Friends) and these NPCs, while you can interact with them, they won't let you enter LFR. In Total, there are 6 NPCs that let you que Legacy LFR (There's 2 for queing MoP Scenarios).
