[DUPLICATE] [Quest][Legion][Argus][Mac'Aree] The path forward.

Character name: Vhako
Bug description: Weird interaction caused npc to disappear before calling down the beacon. Now the npc can only be found on the Vindicaar. Accepting there will cause the npc to phase through the floor and despawn. This does not seem to happen to everyone. However ive tried a fresh install without mods with the same result. Quest is no longer completable for me.

Having progressed another chain up untill https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=47220&&name=a-beacon-in-the-dark has caused velen to no longer appear on the vindicaar. I could not reproduce the issue, however there are already other reports regarding the Argus Storyline related to phasing issues and quest availabilities. The quest chain needs to be reworked, new players are not able to finish the Argus campaign at all.
