Monk - offHand weapon randomly unequipping

WoW Freakz item link: Unsure if this is for a specific item (handwraps) or just the monk or something else
Character name: Moontachi
Bug description: After making a new dranei monk, from time to time the off-hand starting weapon (trainee's handwrap) unequips and appears in the inventory. (I'm submitting this report on behalf of my friend).
Proof: Its sort of pointless I feel to screenshot an equipped and unequipped item.

Hello there, Monks learn duel-wielding at level 10, at level 10 you also get to choose which specialisation you want to play, after reaching level 10 tell your friend to change specs, for example brewmaster to windwalker that might resolve the unequip issue, also by the time you hit level 10 you should probably have already replaced the starter weapons (handwarps), thanks for taking the time to report the issue
