Addon always reset after logout

Hi Guys, someone can help me to fix this every time i login the (Whats New) appear and each time i logout my addons reset.
I've been looking at the forum for 2 weeks and trying everything before asking for help. (moving folder, uncheck read only, give admin to launcher and .exe, download 4 times and recheck torrent etc.)

Just for info my folder WTF / Account / AVSTECH430 still empty.

have you tried relogging after setting up your addons options that should do the trick.

Yes, every time i relog with another toon or the same all my addons reset but i dont receive the "whats news". But if i exit the game and comeback this message pop again and my addon still reset.

Another things, before entering the game, I deactivate 2/4 addons for all character. when I enter the game everything is correct I just have both addons activated but when I exit the game and hit the addon button all addons still activate again.

Hello,
Make sure your WoW folder is not read-only. Uncheck Read Only for your WoW Folder: Right click -> Properties and also run the game in admin mode. Hope this helps Cheers

dude i have the same problem, and i create a new account just to try and on the new account all work normally... i thing is something about the old account, the wow folder havent the "read only" mark and work normal with the new one. but man we need the main account working 100%

You have created a new account and use the same files or have downloaded again. If you change account with the old one, nothing works? it's weird, we have to find the problem.

I use the same files, i configure the addons on the new one and try to "load profiles" and nothing works, i go to check the "WTF / account" folder and the new account is normally with all conf, server and characters folder but the old one is empy ...
This case is not new for me i haver this problem since legion 7.3 one of the reasson why i quit freaks. i back for BFA but the problem persist, i have new pc, new ip, have download the WOW files from f******, the official one and the freaks one and the problem still just on old account in all cases the new one work complety.
