Bug description: General Temuja is not spawned anywhere inside Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Aetha and Quid do not count towards the achievement progress after killing them. Bloodtip seems to be spawned but invisible to regular players.
Proof: Aetha - Quid - General Temuja - Bloodtip
