Currently, hunters' flare has weird interaction with subterfuge.

How it should work :

If u have subterfuge buff up (u proc it before entering flare zone), when u enter flare zone u should keep subterfuge buff up and have access to stealth action bar. (Currently, u lose ur stealth bar when u enter flare with subterfuge up)
