Hi,

My paladin (Kedor), has tried this quest several times but the prison keys won't drop. This seems like a bug. I'm trying to get the achievements that lead to the questline to get the flying mount for paladins, so this quest (Black Rook Prison) is important. Please fix it, thanks.
