[Item] Bash'ir Phasing Device - not working

Bug description: when you use the item, you're supposed to be phased so you can see and interact with :
1. Smuggled Mana Cell - object (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=187039&&name=smuggled-mana-cell);
2. Phase Wyrm - mobs (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=24917&&name=phase-wyrm)

Meanwhile, the regular enemies around should "disappear" (phased out). The mana cell are for shattered offensive quest Maintaining the Sunwell Portal (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=11514&&name=maintaining-the-sunwell-portal) and the phase wyrm is the best source of Mote of Mana (convert into Primal Mana) - one of Burning Crusade profession reagents, especially since the phasing device will buff/phase the entire party when used so you don't really need to be in the quest to farm it.

Right now the device is obtainable, using it give the buff, but the buff does nothing. Normal enemies still around and can aggro player, while the mana cell and phase wyrm not visible. Both mana cell and phase wyrm are spawning normally, per their database page.

Proof: (picture taken on Blade Edge Mountain, location (49 19) since there's many mana cell supposedly there, per freakz database)

In pictures, the enemy does not change / disappear, and phased object/mobs does not appear.
