[FIXED] [Quest] Heavy Artillery

Quest [Heavy Artillery](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=49755) is not working as intended, the part when you need to use the cannon does not work as it should, players need to manually complete the quest by going and killing the npcs themselves, or leaving and entering the cannon again (only a few people are aware of the issue resolving by leaving and entering the cannon again to finish the quest) this quest is a part of the Stormsong Valley chain quest that is needed to progress the story, meaning that its hindering players from leveling or progressing through the zone.

[Freakz proof](https://streamable.com/sn58in) the first time i entered there were a few dmg hit, those hits are against non quest NPC's in that zone, you can see that after leaving and entering again the dmg was working against quest related NPC's and the progression bar was getting filled.
