[DUPLICATE] missing tmog items

Bug description: hello. i've noticed that i have missing many tmog appearances that i have unlocked in legion. they don't appear anymore in collection. i have the same character and i have nothing change at it. it was a long time inactive. i have a demon hunter.

Hello, we've already received a number of similar reports and tickets, stating this problem. Could you please provide some names of the items/ appearances you've lost so we can double check it?

hello! i know for sure that i had this shouders the first satyr's spaulders but many of them i forgot because i wasnt so active in the last year on this character...

Please see if after some time the appearances come back as that happened in a few cases. If not, you will sadly have to obtain them again. Since this is a known occuring problem, I'll mark this report as duplicate. Should you have any more problems, feel free to create another post or make an ingame ticket.
