Entrance to WoD dungeon Skyreach is possible but there are no mobs or bosses in the whole instance.

Actually, Skyreach is doable on Normal mode. On Heroic mode, you cannot teleport out of the dungeon but other than that it looks fine. On Mythic mode I see no mobs and thus also do not see the friendly NPCs to get out of the dungeon.

(You can tell Normal Mode and Heroic Mode are possible because people have earned those achievements.

Mythic Skyreach was used on legion for a custom event. Maybe that's why you can not find npcs in it. Hopefully there will be created a trello card for this.

I know about the trello report https://trello.com/c/OBJrHFqF/84-wod-everbloom?menu=filter&&&&filter=Life%20Finds%20a%20Way, the thing is this achievement https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=9223&&&&name=weed-whacker only worked one single day, on 17th of February. I went to the Archmage Sol, killed the Putrid Pyromancer as stated in the trello card and the boss still didn't activate. I think it got fixed for one day and after that it got bugged again, can you retest it please? I'm sure it doesn't work atm and the fix must be reapplied.
