Bug description: I have Ready for the war achievement that should allow me to talk to Sylvanas on the ship and continue the story with Norwington Assault quest line but she isnt there so I cant do it

Hello, DarthNox.

The questline works fine. Go to Orgrimmar and visit Grommash Hold to speak with Sylvanas and pick up "Our War Continues". Follow out the questline from there, it's pretty smooth.
