Bug description: Hello, Today I did the tortollan seekers emissary quest and it was supposed to reward me with an item with the ilvl of +395 but instead it just gave me a 300 ilvl trinket. So I made a ticket and someone told me I can post my issue here and ask for help. It was so frustrating to see this happen so please help me out. Thanks
