Emissary Rewarding Epic azerite gear above 370 ilvl with too few azerite trait rings.

Here is my opinion:
If azerite gear drops, and it is epic, and it is above a certain ilvl (370 or more) it must have extra rings, period.

I am not sure if the item i got has the correct number of rings. It is ilvl 395/400 and only 3 rings (2 rings plus middle). It is epic quality, and it comes from an emissary daily reward NOT from a world quest (which would be blue quality and lower ilvl and should only have 3 rings.)

Circumstantially, by 8.3.7 Blizz was still implementing the same philosophy. Azerite gear will have more rings if they have higher ilvl.

Confirmed.

The former only has 2 traits while the latter has 4 traits.

The blue post states that world quest emissaries should receive extra traits on Epic level azerite gear that is 370 or higher.
