Bug description: Wrong scaling of Kul Tiran Cannonball Runner
Proof: The scaling dmg for ilvl 370 (as written on the item on wow freakz) is 6105, whereas the https://www.wowhead.com/item=159628/kul-tiran-cannonball-runner?bonus=3240:4779:1473&ilvl=370 scaling is 22.6k. It seems the cannon damage can crit, as shown in this recount https://imgur.com/a/qRp31vC .

It seems that, overall, the cannon damage is lower than it should be.
