Mantid Artifact Sonic Locator does nothing (Archeology + Lorewalkers Rep)

Bug description: This item stays in bags for 24 hours after it is purchased. Once I have it in my bags, every new digsite I discover in Pandaria is supposed to be a "Mantid" one (ie. it is supposed to reward Mantid Archaeology Fragment everytime I dig in Pandaria for the next 24 hours). Instead, I keep getting Mogu and Pandaren Archaeology fragments, just like if I didn't have the item (mantid artifact sonic locator).

In this one, I refresh the digsites, then go to a new one. When I get there, I can't see the telescope which indicates me where to dig next, so I need to relog. Relogging permits to see the telescope so I follow it, and finally dig out a fragment, but it's still not a mantid one.
