[DUPLICATE] [Quest][Suramar][Shal'Aran]

Character name: Majjenta
Bug description: Completed the tour with Thalyssra, but her character model disappears at the end, preventing me from turning in the quest. While walking through the quest, she casts a spell to turn on the lights and the environment does not change or the lights were on to begin with. There are already Friendly NPCs in Shal'Aran and when you look at the map, they should be offering a quest but are not. And when looking at the quest helper, I believe the "Update Phase Shift (Player)" spell is not being applied. I see other players come into the area and they appear to be interacting with the NPCs.
I have tried relogging, and abandoning and redoing the quest several times to no avail.

Apologies if this is considered a duplicate post, I had seen the bug had not been updated in awhile and wanted to provide more information that could possibly help in the process. And apologies if the formatting is bad with the images, I'm not used to forums.
